Pearland ISD opened the doors to their new 86,000 square foot Massey Ranch Elementary School in 2006. Today, students and teachers are already receiving Exemplary ratings from the state.
Long before the first day of school, HTS worked with design team PBK to provide an HVAC solution that would provide a comfortable learning environment for the future students of Massey Ranch ES. This HVAC systems included 90,000 CFM of McQuay air handling units.
