HTS Texas worked with IA Naman + Associates and Gowan Inc. to provide a turnkey DDC HVAC Equipment Solution along with McQuay RPS Packaged Rooftop Systems on this consolidated office and laboratory application for Quest Diagnositics. The McQuay RPS units incorporated custom design elements such as; 20:1 gas burner turndown ratios, 100% OA, HEPA filtration, Humidification and steam generators factory installed, and an integrated LON network system to the rest of the HVAC building elements. HTS Texas worked hand-in-hand with Gowan Inc. to provide our clients with unparalleled project managmentand execution on this extremely fast paced project.
