The Waterpark Place building is an RBC office tower located in Toronto. This 30-storey building has a two-storey high lobby on the ground floor, and has auditorium and retail space and also features a bridge that connect’s to Toronto’s Union Station. WaterPark Place building is LEED-Platinum certified.
For this sound-sensitive site, HTS used customized Haakon Air Handling Units. In order to achieve reduced sound, high-volume CFMs were designed for tight spaces.
