The new Founders Classical Academy in Schertz included 2 floors and needed a cost-effective system to provide year-round dehumidification control of the facility. The time frame of the job required a quick ship. For this project, we used four heat recovery 86-ton systems with 33 ducted and ductless air handlers, a heat recovery system with a DVS OA unit and two heat pump 3-ton systems with wall-mounted air handlers for their IT rooms. Lastly, we installed an intelligent touch manager (ITM) with BACnet integration for the 4 DZK kits.
