Southwestern Energy Co. is opening a new 10-story, 515,000 square foot headquarter building in north Houston.
HTS supplied energy-efficient HVAC components for the building, including two Daikin Vision Energy Recovery Units, 7 Daikin Destiny Fan Coil Units and Danfoss VFDs.
The Vision units are nearly identical in construction, each fitted with enthalpy core heat exchangers from dPoint and custom direct drive fan arrays for supply and exhaust fan sections. All these components were installed by MAS HVAC in Florida.
Altogether, these components will work to maintain indoor air quality and energy efficiency throughout the facility, creating a comfortable work environment for over 1,000 employees.
