The 10-story, 202,000 sq. ft. “campus-in-one-building” housing 1,300 students was the recipient of Semco dual wheel energy recovery units and McQuay air handling units, provided by HTS Texas. HTS Texas worked closely with E&C to design a dual wheel energy recovery system and single wheel energy recovery system to provide fresh air makeup to all the medical and teaching facilities within the campus. The energy recovery equipment was instrumental in both upfront electrical installation savings and montly utility savings that will last the life of the building. All of the state of the art equipment provided by HTS was installed and commissioned by MLN.
