Dickinson ISD welcomed new students and teachers to their sixth elementary school, located in League City, in August 2010. This $13 million, 102,000 square foot elementary school was completed in 10 months in order to give teachers time to prepare their classrooms for the new school year. HTS worked with the design and construction teams to provide 450 Tons of Daikin air cooled chillers, 100,000 cfm of Daikin Vision air handling units, five Daikin mini-splits and four Daikin hot water coils to complete the new HVAC system.
