In what was the first packaged central plant sale in San Antonio history, HTS Texas replaced the existing process chiller plant at Frito Lay’s 450,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility with an Epsilon Fabrication 500-ton plant, which included a McQuay water-cooled chiller.
