This 4-floor new construction in Austin had a tight budget and strict project timeline due to the many phases of the project. HTS was able to assist by providing quiet, reliable air handling units 2VAV systems to dynamically control the space. To accomplish this we used 12 1.5-ton Wall Mounted VRVs, 1 2-ton Wall Mounted VRV, 2 3-ton DC Ducted Concealed VRV, 9 6-ton Ducted Concealed VRV, 5 3-ton Heat Pump Condensing Units, 11 8-ton Heat Pump Condensing Units, 5 FCUs, 2 2.5-ton Cooling Only Sky Air, 3 36,000-CFM Skyline OAU, and 21 Skyline RTUs. With the building phases and large equipment needed, we utilized cranes that were able to drop the equipment directly on the roof.
