HTS provided custom cooling solutions for this new 9-story hotel in Plano, TX. The system needed to be designed with a low-cost, high-capacity solution, plus the addition of heat pipe on the outdoor air handling units to provide energy savings. With our vast product offering, HTS was able to provide several components of the system from the air handlers to the airside products.
Installed were 348 IEC fan coil units customized to fit the needs of the building. In addition, 4 Daikin Vision air handling units were supplied with 2 Daikin Skyline outdoor air handling units that can deliver both heat pipe and electric heat. With our total package solutions available, Krueger fan-powered boxes and VAV units were provided for tenant finish out.
