This commercial office project in downtown Austin needed to incorporate a quiet and energy-efficient HVAC system that would save the facility money over the long term. The project also required a cost-effective system that would provide year-round dehumidification control. Our team had significant input into the design process and choices due to our relationship with Horizon Bank and Development 2000. The owners/operators of this building made certain that we would be their equipment, BAS, and service partner for the lifecycle of this facility.
