Keeping a gym at a comfortable temperature and humidity level is a complicated task. With occupancy levels that vary widely throughout the year, the HVAC system needs to be easy to control by hand, but be smart enough on its own to regulate airflow efficiently. To that end, HTS equipped the facility with two Daikin air-cooled chillers (450 Tons), six Daikin Vision air handling units (75,660 CFM), 13 Daikin ductless mini splits (24 Tons), and 11 Danfoss variable frequency drives, model (124HP Total).
